Our mission

On January 2023, Squats and Tots fitness apparel brand was open for business. The inspiration came from the simple truth that most fitness brands are too aggressive in their visuals and messaging, suggesting that only the die-hards belong at the gym. Squats and Tots was born with the mission to encourage a healthy, active lifestyle but not isolate, or guilt, others if they miss a workout. Gym days should be a fun activity that ultimately gives everyone the opportunity to enjoy the finer things in life… such as tots.
